I do a lot of layers and bad things happen if new layers are put over still-wet ones. This is one reason I work on a lot of paintings simultaneously. I am never stalled waiting on a painting to dry. I have so many paintings in-hand and planned, I have years of work ahead of me. And i&rsquo;m always starting new ones! Same with paintings, but I do like this one.
