What better way to start the new year than turn the studio upside-down? As part of a general house reorganization, we moved the cable modem and router into the studio. This meant we had to move paintings–a lot of paintings!–to get to the wall. This resulted in a two-day jumbled mess, as you can see in this photo. You had to tip-toe through a single, meandering path to get to the middle of the studio.<\/p>\n

Order was finally restored when the modem and router were secured. In this rats-nest of wires you can see the modem, router, and micro cell. The latter is required because, being on the lake, we’re close to the international boarder and cell coverage can be spotty, although it’s much better than it was we we moved in 12-years ago.<\/p>\n
