After working on a painting, I set it aside to dry for a day before taking it up again.  But when a painting is large, I can work on it for several days in succession.  Yesterday, I worked on On the Square<\/em> and because of its size, 48″ x 60,” I was able to work on it today.  After today, I am setting aside for a few days.  There’s plenty of other paintings that need my attention!<\/p>\n

In some ways, On the Square<\/em> is the most representational of all my Playhouse Square paintings.  The painting visible behind On the Square<\/em> is also part of the series.<\/p>\n
