I was able to spend time with this painting yesterday, working all over it. Girl in the Lavender Dress<\/em> is based on a mash-up of several photos.  It’s part of the Playhouse Square. series.<\/p>\n

I also painted a small oil study yesterday.  <\/p>\n

I am using RGH’s “extra fine” flake white.  After two days, it handles well but I am not sure that it handles any better than their regular flake white (which is pretty good).  After I use it some more, I’ll write something about it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
