In my oil paint brand rankings<\/a>, I selected both RGH and Blue Ridge as my mid-range choice. I still do but Utrecht is creeping up and passing my other high-ranked brand, Winsor Newton. WN has stopped making the all-important flake white while Utrecht continues to produce it.
