It’s sunny and mild on the shores of Lake Erie. Our weather is unusual for February. I am catching spring fever despite myself. The view out my studio window propels me outside. Just a week or so back I used that snow shovel to clear the driveway. If I put it away, it will surely snow again.

The lake and sky blend into one another. Lake Erie did not freeze this year, at least it hasn’t yet.

These photos are with my Nikon z7 camera and my 35mm s 1.8 lens. I love my z7 but plan to upgrade to the z8 this spring.
