Here’s a photo of ‘Lower East Side,’ a large (5′ x 6′) painting currently in progress. It’s about (roughly) my studio in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. It was before 9-11 so the World Trade Center still stood. I had a great view to lower Manhattan, as you can see from the detail through the window.
No ETA on its completion. I wrote a poem along the same lines.
I’ve been stomping around Cleveland putting my new Nikon D5200 through its paces. Love the camera!
I am planning several Cleveland-based paintings. I think I have enough for a series around the bus stops. If you haven’t visited Cleveland, the bus kiosks along Euclid Ave are interestingly designed.
