While reconfiguring my studio shop, I emptied the contents of my paint cabinet onto my work table. My son saw the table and exclaimed, “Wow, that’s a lot of paint!” I hadn’t noticed what he was talking about but when I looked at the table, I had to agree. That is a lot of paint. And this is just oil paint and not even all of them. I have a box of older oils on a shelf somewhere. My collections of watercolors and acrylics–neither is as large as my oil collection–are stored elsewhere.
I am rearranging my shop/studio to accommodate my table saw. I still have to work on the sawdust collection but I am dedicating this room to strecher creation and preparation, as well as other woodworking projects. I have another room with north-facing windows for painting and drawing,
